Cannot run batch file with double click (Windows 8) (*.bat)

All you have to do is open the registry and delete this key:

"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.BAT\UserChoice"

Done.
